WESTERN STARS HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
Based at Hamilton's Fraser High Gym.
First week of each school holiday's except January (check below for January dates.
Programme Starts at 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The Holiday programme is divided into 4 Different Aged Groups
Starlight Zone for 5-7 years
Moonlight Zone for 8-9 years
Twilight Zone for 10-12 years
VIP Zone for 13 or Year 9+
Enrolment forms can be downloaded as a PDF file and ready to print under the download section.

COST: $70* per child ($60.00 For April Holiday Programme)
*$10** Extra for Late Enrolments.

**late Enrolments are unpaid enrolments or enrolments made/received after 5 pm on the Thursday before the start date of the programme.

WINZ Subsidies are avaliable.
Forms can be collected from the WCC reception.

We run 4 holiday programmes throughout the year,
2010 Holiday Programme Dates:
25th - 29th January 2010
6th - 9th April 2010 (4 Days)
5th - 9th July 2010
27th Sep - 1st October 2010

What happen's during the programme
Children are involved in a range of different activities throughout the week such as Arts and Crafts, Heaps of sports, Morning Madhouse, Movie Time, Blues Clues, Amazing races, Cooking, Water Sports, Indoor sports in Gymnasium and Outdoors sports on fields or Astro Turf, Games and much much more.

Operational hours are from 2.45pm until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The programme does not operate during school holidays or on public holidays. The programme is run at Western Community Centre.

COST: $8 per day ($40.00 for the week)

All fees must be paid a week in advance (excluding WINZ)

WINZ Subsidies are available. Forms can be collected from the WCC reception.

Enrolments: Forms can be downloaded as a PDF file under the download section or by coming into the WCC reception.

All enrolments need to be made at least 24 hours before your child starts on the programme.

We are happy to offer a pick up service for the children at Nawton School. If the the weather is too wet for rain jackets and umbrellas we will pick the children up in the Centre van, otherwise we will walk over to Nawton School to pick up the children.

We welcome children from other schools and currently have a number of children from Maeroa, who walk or bus, and also from Aberdeen, whose parents carpool to get their children to the programme,

During the week we do lots of cool child approved activities, such as cooking, art (painting, paper mache, window art), outdoor sports, discos and movie time. We are always open to suggestions..

WESTERN STARS AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS PROGAMME
The sports programme runs for the first 9 weeks each school term. A different sport is played every week from 4.00pm to 5.00pm.

Where is it:
Monday Western Heights at Derek Heather Park
Tuesday Crawshaw At Crawshaw park
Wednesday Nawton at Nawton Park

It's free so just turn up when you want. So just come along and join in all the fun at Western Stars.

In a event of wet weather the porgramme is cancelled.
